Alloy C22 Pipe, Ni C22 Hot Finished Pipe suppliers in India
Hastelloy C22 belongs to an austenitic superalloy grade. The Hastelloy C22 Pipe is designed with a chemical composition of nickel with additions of chromium, molybdenum, and a few other constituent alloys. This allows the pipes to have enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidative media across different systems. The Hastelloy C22 Pipe can be utilized in high temperatures up to 540 degrees C and showcase enhanced tolerance against nitric and chlorine ions reducers. Designed with a density of 8.69 g/cm3, these pipes have a melting point of 1399 degrees C. Alloy C22 Pipe offers enhanced machinability and can be machined using high-speed tooling equipment. These pipes can be welded using all methods except submerged arc welding procedures and can be hot or cold formed easily. The Hastelloy C22 Tube offers considerable strength than pipes of this grade.
The pipes in the Hastelloy C22 grade are designed in seamless, welded, and erw configurations. Hastelloy C22 Welded Pipe is produced by welding pieces of sheets or strips following standard welding processes. These pipes are preferred in low to moderate pressure and temperature applications. The Hastelloy C22 ERW Pipe is manufactured as metal is rolled and welded in place by passing high voltage electric current through the pipe to form a longitudinal seam. A Hastelloy C22 Seamless Pipe is designed by passing hot steel billets through extruded metal to shape the pipes. These pipes have enhanced strength and excellent load-bearing capacity when compared to other piping components in this grade. The material utilized in producing these pipes makes them a little more expensive than the latter. The UNS N06022 Round Pipes are the most common shapes these pipes are available and are used in the transportation of fluids and gases.
