ASTM B619 UNS N10675 Pipe and Alloy B2 Seamless Tube Suppliers in India
Hastelloy B2 is an austenitic superalloy grade that is used to produce high-strength pipes. The Hastelloy B2 Pipe is a solution strengthened nickel and molybdenum grade. These pipes showcase enhanced resistance to corrosive reducers across harsh environmental conditions. The versatile pipes have great resistance against pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The Alloy B2 Pipe is resistant to hydrochloric acids across a wide spectrum of concentrations and temperatures. These pipes offer good machinability and can be readily machined following traditional methods. The robust ASTM B619 UNS N10675 Pipe is solution treated at temperatures of 1065 degrees C and quenched in normal conditions or hydrogen atmosphere to avoid oxidation of the bright surface. The Hastelloy B2 Tube has a density of 9.22 g/cm3 with a melting point of 1427 degrees C. These tubes have a minimum tensile strength of 914mpa with a minimum yield strength of 396mpa. They have a hardness of 168 Brinell with elongation at break of 55% in the system.
The pipes in the B2 Hastelloy grade are designed in three common configurations. Hastelloy B2 Seamless Pipe is a high-strength pipe that is produced by passing hot steel billets through extruded metal to shape them in precise dimensions. These pipes have enhanced strength and excellent load-bearing capacity as compared to other pipe grades in this range. The Hastelloy B2 Welded Pipe offers a cost-effective solution to seamless pipes. These pipes are produced as metal-like sheets or strips and welded in place using standard welding procedures. Hastelloy B2 ERW Pipe is a very reliable unique pipe that is produced as a high voltage current is passed through the pipe to weld it longitudinally. The pipes in this grade are available at reasonable rates across all our outlets. If you still have any questions about the products in this range, contact us.
