Air Heater Tubes
A Air heater tube is a device that helps heaters in heating air in the system. These tubes control and moderate the heat source circulating in the system. The air preheater in these components helps in recovering heat from flue gas in boiler equipment. This in turn helps in increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler by reducing the usable heat in the flue gas.
Air heater tubes are generally produced in seamless or welded configurations. They can be further cold rolled to give them desired properties. The size of the tubes is dependent on the boiler tube design that is used in a range of pressures and temperatures. These tubes are produced with the best raw materials and the latest technological systems. They are further put through vigorous testing to eliminate any flaws or defects in the production of these versatile tubes.
Air heater tubes are designed in thickness up to 10mm with a length between 5mm up to 15mm. The high-quality modules have a smooth and polished surface finish. They are widely seen in the power generation, sugar industry, electronic industries, steel production, cooling towers, chemical processing systems, etc. The Air heater tubes produced in India are cheaper than those manufactured in other European counties and the USA.
