ASTM A335 P91 grade is a carbon alloy designated to the ferritic configuration. ASTM A335 P91 Pipe is designed with a superior chemical composition consisting of chromium and molybdenum. The P91 Chrome Pipe has excellent strength and shows enhanced resistance against reducing corrosive media and oxidants in stress-induced setups. A P91 Pipe is well suited in high-temperature and pressure setups due to the content of chromium embedded in them. SA335 P91 is a common feature in boiler equipment, heat exchangers, petrochemicals, transportation of high-temperature fluids and gases, etc. The SA 335 Gr P91 grade is well suited for applications that operate on a cyclic basis. These components have good elastic resistance with excellent hardenability. SA 335 P91 components are suitable for bending, flanging, and forming operations due to their superior ductility and softening capacity. P91 Alloy Steel is designed with a minimum tensile strength of 585mpa and possesses a minimum yield strength of 415mpa. The A335 Gr P91 modules can be shaped in round, circular, rectangular, and hydraulic cross-sectional types.

A seamless pipe is a grade designed without any seam ends or welds. P91 Seamless Pipe is a high-strength grade produced through an extrusion process. Here hot steel billets are passed through the ASTM A335 Gr P91 grade to precisely shape them. The billets ensure that the size of the component is increased by 20 times to be shaped correctly. These components possess superior load-bearing capacity and can carry heavy loads in the system.
