SA 213 T11 is a seamless ferritic low alloy steel boiler steel grade. SA 213 T11 Tube is designed with a chemical composition consisting of carbon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum. The outstanding content embedded in the SA 213 Gr T11 Tubing gives them excellent resistance to corrosive and oxidative media. These tubes can suffice in a range of high temperature and pressure applications. The Boiler Tube SA 213 T11 possess superior strength and toughness, allowing them to function well in stress-induced setups. These versatile tubes heat water to produce steam in the modules. SA213 T11 Material is designed with a minimum tensile strength of 415mpa with a minimum yield strength of 220mpa. They can be easily elongated by 30% in the system. The T11 Tube Material has a density of 7.85 g/cm3 and has a hardness of 179HB max. The material can be shaped or manufactured in a hot or cold rolling process. A T11 Steel Cold Drawn Tube is processed soon after the hot rolling process. Here the tubes are processed at room temperature, ensuring that they possess superior surface finish and have enhanced strength.

The tubes in this grade are generally designed in seamless configurations as they are used in systems requiring higher pressure and load-bearing capacity. A SA213 T11 Seamless Tube is produced by passing hot steel billets through extruded metal and precisely shaping them in correct dimensions. ASTM A213 T11 Seamless Tube has enhanced strength and load-bearing capacity as they don’t have any welds or seam present on the surface of the tube. The grade covers tubes in non-pressure vessels types. The ASME SA213 T11 Seamless Tubing covers pressure vessel grades that are designed to work with volatile fluids and gases in stress-induced conditions. The SA 213 T11 Heat Exchanger Tube is used to transfer heat from one medium to the other medium allowing for heating and cooling processes to take place simultaneously.
