API 5L X80 Pipe
API 5L is a specification that has components suitable for conveying fluids and gases. The API 5L X80 Pipe is designed with a chemical composition of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, molybdenum, nickel, and niobium. The superior content embedded in the API 5L Grade X80 Pipe gives them enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance properties across stress-induced setups. The versatile X80 Pipe is designed possessing outstanding strength and is available in sizes between ½ NB up to 60 NB. These pipes are designed in PSL 1 and PSL 2 types. The API 5L X80 Psl2 Material showcases the outstanding performance and superior mechanical properties as compared to the type 1 grade. X80 Steel Nace Pipe is a highly corrosion-resistant grade that is seen in lines for the transportation of volatile fluids and gases. API 5L Gr X80 Hic Pipeline is produced with the latest technology and the best raw materials.
The X80 Steel Pipe is a versatile grade that is designed in schedules of SCH 10 to SCH 180, XS, and XXS. These pipes are designed in an array of configurations. API 5L X80 Seamless Pipe is produced from a single piece of metal through an extrusion process. Here billets are passed through metal to precisely shape them. X80 Seamless Pipes are high-strength pipe grades in this range. These pipes showcase 20% higher load-bearing capacity than API 5L X80 Psl1 Welded Pipe. A welded pipe is a good low-cost option for seamless pipes. They are, however, not preferred in high-pressure setups. The X80 Erw Pipe of this grade is produced by passing high-frequency current to longitudinally weld it in place. The robust grade of the API 5L X80 Grade B Lsaw Pipe is seam welded on the exterior surface of the pipe. These pipes can be availed in plain or beveled ends. The X80 Line Pipe manufactured in India is cheaper than in other European countries due to the abundant availability of raw material and labour.
